Construction and Remodel Contractor Information

The Fire Prevention Division now has detailed information and printable application forms available online for Fire Alarm Systems and Fire Sprinklers permits. All are in Adobe .PDF format. No work of any kind on any project will be allowed until the Eagle River Fire Protection District has issued a permit for the project. Any work done without a permit will be subject to fines of four times the permit fee, plus the actual permit and review fees.

Submittals cannot be accepted on-line as many of the required documents must have original signatures. All submittals must be delivered to Gail McFarland at the Eagle River Fire Protection District Fire Prevention Bureau offices located at 90 Benchmark Road, Suite 101, Avon, Colorado. Submittals may also be mailed to P.O. Box 7980, Avon, CO 81620.
